Honor your body’s wisdom

Your intuition plus evidence-based nutrition approaches create an effective formula to reduce symptoms, and get you back to feeling great.

When was the last time you felt well?

If you’re like most people, it’s maybe been a while. It feels frustrating to constantly deal with symptoms that you can’t solve, and following the latest food plan on the web is going exactly nowhere. You’ve tried a ton of ways to feel good, but just can’t seem to get there.

I can help.

I know how it feels to search for answers.

After a long career in medical research for big pharma, I found myself increasingly frustrated at the lack of conventional answers for my own health challenges.

So I made a big leap, and went back to school for a Master’s in Functional Medicine and Human Nutrition.

Now I help people just like you navigate ways that they can combine evidence-based nutrition with their own intuition to find an approach that is just right for them.

Sage (wisdom) and Santosha (contentment) combines evidence-based practices with spirit-affirming personalization to create effective nutrition approaches that resonate with the real you.

Sage: We’ll consider your medical history, labs, current eating habits, and do a deep-dive into research to come up with evidence-based interventions

Santosha: The only plan that will ever work is the one you are excited to do. We’ll spend time talking about your goals, how you feel in your body, and what your relationship to food is, to make sure any approach we take nourishes.

How we work together

  • Let's chat

I want to get to know you better, understand your story, and answer any questions you have before your first appointment.

  • Discovery

Before we can make a plan, we need to dive deep into your medical and food history, and discover what your body’s needs are now.

  • Growth

Once we know your needs, we’ll work together to select evidence-based nutrition interventions that are effective AND make sense in your life.

After our sessions, I want you to feel the nutritional equivalent of sitting by a warm fire on a cold night while wearing comfy socks and drinking hot tea.

In other words, I want you to feel calm and at peace about food.
